Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email straight away, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times
Many of our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses, some of which are overseas. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
• European Union: 10–15 business days
• Rest of world: 12–20 business days

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. You'll get tracking for each one.

Shipping costs

• UK: £5.99 standard delivery, FREE on orders of £50 or more
• EU: £14.99
• Rest of world: £23.99

Customs & import charges
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays & lost parcels
Occasionally deliveries are delayed by high demand, customs or courier issues outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch (UK), contact us and we'll track it down, or send a replacement or refund.
